We faced our biggest challenge to date when we were tasked with producing 100 videos in 3 days. Did we succeed?
Goal setting
One of Denmark's largest wine retailers, advertising on social media in grand style, requires a massive flow of video and photo content.
Supervin has a well-developed concept for their content and a clear, cohesive visual style. Our task was to produce materials in the same spirit and style. We were entrusted with shooting and producing content for Supervin, allowing them to focus on their core tasks.
This required an extraordinary effort, including the creation of a streamlined process for content production. Additionally, it demanded a significant effort from Supervin’s front figure—it’s no small feat to stand in front of a camera for 10 consecutive days.
Action
Here, efficiency and quality were the main focus. It was essential that the final product aligned with their previous standards of quality.
Therefore, there was close collaboration between Supervin and our video department to capture the essence of Supervin as accurately as possible. This close dialogue allowed us to deliver exactly what Supervin wanted more quickly and precisely.
In addition to the extraordinary effort on shoot days, there was immense focus on the post-production phase, where the many videos had to be edited to meet Supervin’s standards.
Result
After production, Supervin received a large selection of videos, which they used throughout the long summer period, ensuring their advertising could run continuously.
Our collaboration with Supervin was incredibly efficient because we streamlined the process as much as possible. The three days were a great success, as we achieved the desired outcome, completing all 100 videos.
The excellent result was due to extensive preparation, which laid the foundation for the project’s success. This included creating scripts and shot lists, making the process manageable for our client.
