AjourCare approached us with a challenge they couldn't solve on their own. In an exceptionally tough industry, they were constantly in need of new employees. How did we help?

Goals
AjourCare, a Danish staffing agency within the healthcare sector.
This means they face a very high employee turnover rate and struggle to find new staff. Previously, they relied on traditional platforms for advertising their positions, as well as analog media. We proposed a solution: transitioning to digital marketing on social media.
From there, we established a set of KPIs and goals that formed the foundation for the marketing strategy. We decided to produce professional materials and implement lead generation advertising.

Action
How do you find the best employee? Is it the one actively searching for jobs or the one who isn’t?
This was our biggest question for the campaigns: how do we find the best employees? Through an in-depth analysis, we determined that by using lead generation on social media, we could target employees who weren’t actively job hunting. This approach was based on the idea of attracting individuals who were loyal and passionate about what they do.
With this in mind, we launched campaigns with the goal of “poaching” employees from competitors and similar roles to those AjourCare offered.

Result
igh-Quality Applicants for Just 25 DKK Each. Can That Really Be True? Through social media advertising, we achieved an enormous number of applicants.
Through social media advertising, we achieved an incredibly low cost per lead. This meant that AjourCare received far more applicants at a much lower cost. Often, quality and price go hand in hand, but in this case, AjourCare paid less per applicant while receiving significantly higher quality.
As a result, the applicants were of such a high standard that AjourCare suddenly had the opportunity to choose from a pool of qualified candidates.
In an industry where being selective is rarely an option, AjourCare suddenly could afford to be.
